Shipping policy

            Because we hand craft all of our candles and melts as the order is placed, Orders take approximately 3-7 business days to be made, packaged, & shipped. Once shipped, they are now in the possession of the carrier and we do not take responsibility if the package is lost or delivered incorrectly.

          Contact us immediately at help@isg2019.com If you have entered incorrect shipping information. No changes can be made once an order is shipped. We are not responsible for refunding/resending orders that have already been shipped incorrectly due to your own negligence. Please make sure all information is accurately inputted when placing your order.
